These rights exist to preserve originality, prevent unauthorised imitation, and protect the value we deliver to clients and members.

Active in the UK, EU, US, Canada and all Madrid Protocol territories until 2035.

This global protection covers:

• Enforcement-linked architecture
• Apps, APIs and digital platforms

Digital Assets: QR journeys, layouts, mobile wallet designs, app logic, and user experience flows

Use Restrictions

You may not, under any circumstances, do any of the following without our express written permission or a valid licence agreement:

Reproduce, adapt, copy, or commercialise our membership model
Use our brand, model structure, or tiering format under a different name
Repackage or white-label our offering
Distribute any PPS materials (in whole or in part)
Operate a lookalike scheme with confusingly similar branding or logic

Enforcement Policy

We actively monitor for unauthorised use across digital, commercial, and public sector environments.

Infringements may result in:

Immediate takedown requests
Formal cease and desist notices
Legal action including injunctions and claims for damages
Recovery of profits obtained through misuse
Referral to relevant regulators or enforcement bodies

A full audit trail is maintained for all violations.
